Memento — Channel Motion Package

Memento's videos were strong; their package wasn't. Intros, lower thirds and transitions had accumulated from different eras and different hands, and the channel read as five brands wearing one logo.

The rebuild started in Illustrator with a reduced geometric system — a handful of shapes, one easing curve, one rhythm — then moved to After Effects where every element was animated against the same timing grid. Intro, stings, lower thirds, infographic callouts and end cards all draw from a single project file with shared controllers, so future edits stay on-language without a motion designer in the room.

The channel now opens, transitions and closes with one voice, and the editing team applies the entire package from templates in minutes per video.
