A thumbnail is the only frame most people ever see. The Lab treats it that way: same video, competing covers, and the click-through rate decides who was right.

Every case study follows the same protocol — hypothesis about the click (clearer subject, sharper emotion, fewer words), a rebuilt cover in Photoshop, then an A/B run against the original. Retouch, type hierarchy and color separation get adjusted shot by shot; superstition doesn't survive contact with the data.

The before/after pairs below show the design deltas; the wins compound into a playbook of what actually moves CTR for Persian-language audiences.
