Pico Play needed a flagship video that could out-perform everything the channel had ever published. The raw material was strong but long — hours of footage that had to become twenty-four minutes people would actually finish.

The cut was built backwards from retention: a cold open engineered to answer "why should I stay" inside fifteen seconds, segment hand-offs placed before attention dips, b-roll and sound design in Audition layered to reset interest on a steady rhythm. Every cut earned its place against one question — does this keep the viewer in the seat?

The result became the channel's all-time record: twenty-two million views, and a structural template the team still cuts against today.
